Refund Policy

Every subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. You get full access from day one and can cancel at any point in the trial — you pay nothing and are never charged.

You can also cancel at any time after the trial. Cancellation stops the next payment, and access to the app and your saved surveys ends as soon as you cancel.

Refund window

If you're charged and change your mind, you can request a refund within 14 days of your payment date. Requests after that window are handled case by case.
